The download comes as an archive "NMEAParser.zip" which contains Visual Basic 6.0 source code, a Windows exe and a few documentation and test files, including some GPS NMEA log files which you can use to check the program if you do not have a GPS receiver hooked up to it.

This program has only been tested under Windows XP and Windows 7. The program should but may not work under other versions of Windows.
